INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup of almond flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Mash banana on a plate with fork.
Mix banana, egg and coconut milk in a large microwave safe mug.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Microwave for 2 - 3 minutes.
Tip the mug upside down on a small plate.
Place a piece of dark chocolate on top to melt.
Serve with fresh cream or yoghurt.
