INGREDIENTS
1 cup of corn kernels (drained)
3 eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of mashed kumara
1/2 teaspoon of mixed herbs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and cook on your stove top on low heat (be patient).
Serve with avocado, bacon and salad.
