INGREDIENTS
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of dates (soaked)
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup of almonds
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
2 tablespoons of cacao or cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Blend raw nuts together in food processor.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
Press mixture firmly into a lined baking tray/tin.
Place in the fridge and leave for 3 hours to set.
Cut and enjoy!
