If you like my snickers balls you will LOVE these peanut butter cups. I’m that person who eats spoonfuls of peanut butter straight from the jar, so these really hit the spot!!
INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons of peanut butter (I used cerecs organic)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Handful of dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Melt peanut butter and coconut oil together on a low heat.
Pour into silicon cupcake molds
Sprinkle with chocolate chips
Place in the freezer for 2 hours to set
NOTES
This makes 6 peanut butter cups, double the recipe if you’d like more!! They keep well in the fridge in an air tight container. Feel free to add coconut or dried fruit to change things up.
