Coconut chocolate pudding! This recipe is from the lovely girls who run the blog Kettlebells and Cookies.
Preparation: The can of coconut cream needs to be placed in the fridge overnight/all day.
INGREDIENTS
-1 can of coconut cream
-1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
-3 tablespoons of cocoa or cacao powder
-1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
-Dark chocolate for garnishing
DIRECTIONS
Take can out of the fridge and scoop the thick white cream off the top.
Mix in cocoa, honey and vanilla and place back in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
Serve with grated dark chocolate or fresh fruit.
