INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup of Greek yoghurt
1 banana
(mashed)
1/3 cup of unsweetened almond/coconut milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and put in a container/jar in the fridge overnight.
In the morning top with fresh fruit, nuts or your favourite cereal (I sprinkle Pure Delish mix on mine).
