INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of almond meal
1/4 cup of coconut flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
5 dates
1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 can of apples in their own juice / 2 small apples peeled and grated
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in your food processor and bake at 180 in a slice tin for 25-30 minutes.
NOTES
This makes 6 pieces as pictured, double the recipe if you’d like more.
