INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 cup of almonds
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Let cake cool and top with your favourite peanut butter (melt the peanut butter a little to allow for easy spreading) and coconut threads.
