INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
Peanut butter of choice - I used Fix and Foggs
1/4 cup of dark chocolate
1 heaped tablespoon of coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
Slice ripe bananas - not too thin.
Spread peanut butter between slices and sandwich together.
Place slices in freezer and leave for 1-2 hours.
On your stove top melt dark chocolate and coconut oil on low heat.
Remove banana slices from the freezer and place a toothpick through the middle of each.
Dip the slices into the melted chocolate.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before placing back in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
Store in the fridge if you don't like things really cold.
