INGREDIENTS
Cake:
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 cup of almond flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of baking powder
Icing:
1/4 cup of coconut butter
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of honey/maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to bake 180.
Mix all ingredients together in your food processor.
Bake for 40 minutes - or until a knife comes out clean.
To make the topping - melt coconut butter (be careful not to burn) and stir in cocoa powder and honey/maple syrup.
