These cookies are crazy delicious and made with the famous super food - chia seeds.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/4 cup of cacao powder/cocoa
1/2 tablespoon of melted butter
2 tablespoons of almond meal
1 table of chia seeds
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of desiccated coconut
DIRECTIONS
Blend everything together in your food processor, roll into balls and press with a fork on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 and leave to cool, allowing the cookies to harden.
This makes 8 -10 cookies, depending on what size you go for!
