INGREDIENTS
1 cup of almond flour
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of desiccated coconut
¼ cup of maple syrup
¼ cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
½ teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of water
DIRECTIONS
Mix maple syrup, olive oil and vanilla on low heat on your stove top.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a large bowl.
Put both mixtures in your food processor – this will ensure it sticks together.
Roll into balls and place on a lined baking tray.
Press cookies down with fork.
Bake at 160 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Leave for at least 10 minutes to harden before eating.
